摘要: In recent years different quantum-mechanical and classical collision models have been applied to the calculation of atomic cross sections. Most these may be for prediction primary electron flux in solids, as far insulators or innershells conductors are concerned. From comparisons experimental data theoretical results one derive limits perturbation theory theories. It will shown that there is some overlap corresponding ranges validity if number observed quantities kept low. However, only extensive coupled-channel calculations seem cover range incident energies from a few eV up hundred MeV. The contents this paper restricted intermediate high energy regime.
