摘要: During a 9-year period diversion was performed in 48 patients by an antireflux ureteroileal anastomosis. Followup possible 30 (57 renal units). Among these 57 anastomoses only 3 cases of stenosis (6 per cent) and 11 reflux (less than 20 were observed. These results are roughly comparable to those with colon conduits. The included 2 whom the anastomosis formed part continent ileal stoma. method is described discussed.
