摘要: 1. The immunohistological demonstration of rabbit γ-globulin in the kidneys rats was same after injecting either anti-rat kidney serum or fluorescein labeled anti-kidney serum. Ten minutes injection it found bound to glomerular basement membrane, less tubules. The sera made by homogenates whole were polyvalent, containing antibodies against glomeruli and tubules. 2. The nephrotoxic rabbits organ-specific caused nephritis mice gerbils (Meriones unginculatus) as well. antibody localized these animals like rats. 3. The pathologic changes early stages young characterized cellular proliferation, older a thickening membrane. In late no differences noticed between age groups. injected deposited alike both old animals. 4. Caution critical controls specificity are needed before interpreting results. Non-specific staining from impure those with excess may lead false results that appear be specific. Special attention must paid physic-chemical reactions cell proteins induced pathological processes (e.g., necrosis) facilitate intensified nonspecific staining, although highly purified fractions properly labelled used.
