摘要: Resveratrol, a phytoalexin found in red wine, has several pharmacological properties which include inhibition of arachidonate metabolism leukocytes and platelets, modulation lipid metabolism, platelet aggregation peroxidation, reduction expression activity cyclooxygenase-2. Resveratrol induces cell cycle arrest at S/G(2) phase transition pro-apoptotic death types cancer cells. All these biological activities help to explain the vasorelaxing, anticancer antiinflammatory resveratrol. This article summarizes wide range resveratrol three disease states: cancer, coronary heart pain. In addition, mechanisms underlying promising are also reviewed.
