摘要: Abstract Feedback is generally accepted as a suitable intervention technique to foster electricity saving in households. In this domain, smart meters are one promising way deliver feedback everyday settings. However, research has shown that by itself hardly sufficient. Hence, for more effective design of meters, the opportunities which these offer and supplement with other information should be considered. This article describes specific characteristics household consumption taken into account. Also, comprehensive psychological model self-regulated behaviour change covers complete process new types chosen implemented described detail different behavioural stages components crucial strategies identified. A detailed overview given existing applications affect. none features combined informational systematically cater consumers all change, it concluded further efforts optimise evaluate undertaken. meter system designed according insights outlined.
