摘要: Fluvial habitat represents the most vulnerable ecosystem of landscape because its role environmental corridor. For this reason a correct policy management these habitats is strictly necessary. In order to choose best practice it required cany out preliminary analysis whole fluvial system with integrated methodologies. work are presented first results about fimctionality and quality area, called "Torrente Levata", located in Southern Italy. The aim research classify studied different levels vulnerability so as suggest ecological restoration more sensible sites using bioengineering techniques. To achieve t h s an interdisciplinary approach used combining hydraulic sciences. paper we present step which has concerned investigation state by IFF (Fluvial Functionality Index), IBE (Extended Biotic Index) hydrological analyses. taken advantages use remotely sensed images (LANDSAT TM 5) build land map study area.
