摘要: Background and Aim: Liver directed therapy utilizing yttrium-90 microspheres represents a recently introduced in situ multidisciplinary cancer that has caught the attention of many physicians faced with challenges treating these complex patients. Radioactive particle capillary liver system were assessed through vivo test leakage to lung or other organ was defined. The concentration Y-90 tumor without seen which important role radioactive drug successes by radioimbolization method. Method: Four different phases Y 90 injection performed rabbits; 1. Preparation glasses microspheres, 2. Preservation, preparation tumorization animal lab before after injection, 3. Animal Angiography liver, 4. Radionucleotide imaging animal; an assessment stabilization tumor. Early late anterior posterior Y90 on rabbet showed. Yttrium concentrated background, left right calculated. mean ± SD defined for localization. Result: most localized view less background; 67.79 19.9 13.65 7.97 respectively. Considering highest total count particles mostly then 68804 12026 demonstrated 57.82 17.66 smallest background 19.61 6.63. Regarding early average number reported 44.35 13.10 fewer 17.93 5.44. Concerning view, great numbers 1020 342. counts calculated 79.33 21.55 36.17 8.7 background. Conclusion: Significantly higher doses radiation can be delivered mass intra-hepatic arterial administration 90Y-microspheres comparison organ. This treatment appears beneficial non-respectable tumors acceptable toxicity.
