Future aspects of bioprocess monitoring.

摘要: Nature has the impressive ability to efficiently and precisely control biological processes by applying highly evolved principles using minimal space relatively simple building blocks. The challenge is transfer these into technically applicable precise analytical systems that can be used for many applications. This article summarizes some of new approaches in sensor technology strategies different bioprocesses such as fermentations, biotransformations, downstream processes. It focuses on bio- chemosensors, optical sensors, DNA protein chip technology, software modern aspects data evaluation improved process monitoring control.
