摘要: The large and rapidly growing number of information sources relevant to health care, the increasing amounts new evidence produced by researchers, are improving access professionals students valuable information. However, seeking filtering useful, valid can be still very difficult. An online system that conducts searches based on individual patient data have a beneficial influence particular patient's outcome educate healthcare worker. In this paper, we describe underlying model for aims facilitate search clinicians' needs. This paper reviews studies needs clinicians, describes principles retrieval, examines role standardized terminologies play in integration between clinical literature resources, as well retrieval process. also digital library supports systems with sources, making use available electronic medical record enhance retrieval. builds several different, previously developed techniques identify themes specific data. Using framework evidence-based practice, generates well-structured questions intent enhancing We believe helping clinicians pose queries including them from patients' records, thus improve patient-care.
