摘要: The author reviews procedures for obtaining stereomicrographs from binocular and monocular optical microscopes, transmission scanning electron microscopes an X-ray microscope. A description is given of the EMPD2 plotter advantages various reconstruction techniques are considered, including a computer method used in study virus particles. Resume L'auteur fait la revue des procedes qui permettent d'obtenir stereomicrographes partir de optiques binoculaires et monoculaires, electroniques transmetteurs explorateurs radioscopiques. Zusammenfassung Der Autor gibt einen Uberblick uber Verfahren zur Aufnahme von Stereomikrofotos mit Hilfe binokularer und monokularer optischer Mikroskope, Durchstrahlungs- Abtast-Elektronenmikroskopen sowie einem Rontgenmikroskop. Der EMPD 2 Plotter fur Mikrostereofotos die Vorteile verschiedener Rekonstruktionsmethoden, einschliesslich eines Rechnerverfahrens Untersuchung Virus-Teilchen werden erortert.
