摘要: Abstract The reaction of 5-formyl-2,4-dimethoxypyrimidine with active methylene compounds in the Knoevenagel and subsequent nucleoside formation reactions some products was investigated. A new synthesis (E)-5-(2-bromovinyl)uracil an improved 5-formyl-2′,3′-isopropylidene uridine are reported.
