摘要: It is clear that malignant disease may disrupt nutritional homeostasis and result in multiple deficiencies. In addition, malignancy per se increase nutrient needs whilst resulting anorexia, and, through effects on the intestinal mucosa, decreasing absorption. As a result, cancer patient likely to be deficient many nutrients.
