Nano-composite ZrO2/Au film electrode for voltammetric detection of parathion

摘要: Abstract This work describes the fabrication of ZrO2/Au nano-composite films and its application for voltammetric detection organophosphate pesticides. The film was prepared through a combination sol–gel procedure electroless plating that can be carried out in general chemistry lab with no need special facilities reagents. sensing performance electrode toward parathion studied square wave voltammetry. nano-ZrO2 showed strong affinity phosphate group on molecules, which provides sensitivity selectivity film. A linear relationship obtained between peak currents concentration parathion, limit standard samples 3 ng/ml. In addition, interference studies structurally similar compounds without groups would not interfere response electrode.
