摘要: The b-type cytochrome in porcine neutrophils situ was studied by the low temperature absorption spectroscopy at 77 K. Absolute spectra of dithionite-reduced cell suspension revealed existence a with alpha, beta, and Soret maxima 558, 528, 426 nm, respectively. alpha band unsymmetrical showed main peak 558 nm shoulder around 556 nm. When cells were anaerobically stimulated either phorbol myristate acetate or arachidonate followed reduction dithionite, split clearly into double peaks 555.5 suggesting presence least two states species cytochrome(s) cell. By monitoring absolute K, we examined possibility CO binding to cytochrome. reduced absence CO, however, not distinguishable under various conditions including equilibration high pressure treatments dark room pH 8.5, 7.0, 5.5. In contrast, disappeared immediately after exposure O2, whether had been treated CO. results indicate that does form complex but reacts directly indirectly.
