摘要: The invention is a method for forming solid polymer electrolyte structure comprising: (a.) mixture of binder and plurality catalytically active, electrically conductive particles; (b.) the into particle containing film; (c.) contacting film with fluorocarbon membrane in its thermoplastic form; (d.) particle-containing an conductive, hydraulically permeable matrix, thereby laminate having on one side, matrix another side active particles therebetween; (e.) applying sufficient pressure to embed at least portion membrane.
