摘要: In vitro transfer of 32 P from [γ- P]-ATP into proteins particulate fractions osmotically shocked preparations enriched in rat brain synaptosomes was studied. Phosphate incorporation protein bands apparent molecular weights (MW) 44,000, 24,000, 21,000, and 19,000 affected by the prior experiences rats which were prepared. Incorporation all four increased fraction previously naive that received active avoidance training. Handling subjects to training prevented response 24,000 MW underwent a yoked experience, while 21,000 slightly decreased. The experience did not affect phosphate any these handled rats.
