摘要: Abstract Objective The aim was to study the effectiveness of subjective color Doppler evaluation and spectral parameters in preoperative characterization endometrial carcinomas. Methods Seventy-six patients with carcinoma were preoperatively analyzed by ultrasound order subjectively evaluate amount intratumoral blood flow (color score) analyze lowest resistance index (RI), highest peak systolic velocity (PV), time averaged maximum (TAMVX). These according clinico-pathological characteristics. Results In 13 no arterial vessels detected examination. No lymph node metastases found this group patients. Positive nodes 24% detectable vessels, although difference did not reach statistical significance. differences (RI, PV, TAMVX) tumor characteristics or nodal involvement. A higher percentage cases a score 3 stage >I than I (69 vs 42%, P = 0.05). Conclusion Nodal at Subjective analysis vessel density correlated >50%, myometrial invasion, but predictive surgical stage, grade, metastases. results do support use as clinical test evaluating predicting
