摘要: The dielectric behaviors of Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3–PbTiO3–BaTiO3 (PZN–PT–BT) relaxor ferroelectric ceramics several compositions have been investigated under high alternating electric field. In the broad temperature range diffuse phase transition, they show highly induced polarization. An unusual linear relation polarization with electrical field has observed near central portion hysteresis loops some PZN–PT–BT ceramics, which is both and composition dependent. corresponding constants are fairly as well. Moreover, a strong annealing effect found in its response. properties may be understood using proposed model implicit Ba(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 paraelectric nanoregions ceramics.
