摘要: Abstract The original equipment and method for orienting multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) in natural rubber (NR) by alternating current (AC) electric field were reported the present study. MWCNTs with various volume fractions dispersed mixture latex which composed of rubber, additives methylbenzene. application AC during nanocomposites curing process was used to induce formation aligned conductive nanotube networks between electrodes. composites have a better orientation performance dispersion quality than these random analyzing TEM SEM images. effects anisotropy on thermal conductivity, dielectric properties, dynamic mechanical properties NR studied. mean value conductivity loading 8.67% higher that due MWCNTs. compounds possessed low constant, loss tangents namely good insulativity. had lower modulus those This can make full use high axis, expand areas like conducting heat certain direction efficiency.
