摘要: To better understand the molecular mechanisms involved in pathological development of placenta preeclampsia, we used LC-MS/MS to construct a large-scale comparative proteome profile human placentas from normal and preeclamptic pregnancies. A total 2636 proteins were detected placentas, 171 different definitively identified between control placentas. Further bioinformatics analysis indicated that these differentially expressed correlate with several specific cellular processes which occur during changes placenta. 6 randomly selected verify their expression patterns Western blotting. Of which, 3 proteins’ localizations validated immunohistochemistry. Elucidation how protein-expression coordinate would provide researchers understanding critical biological preeclampsia potential targets for therapeutic agents regulate function, eventually benefit treatment preeclampsia.
