摘要: Abstract The influence of hypnotic suggestions for blister formation on subsequent physiological and subjective responses was investigated. After the administration a formal induction procedure, each 40 adult subjects given (a) suggestion that back one hand had been burned accidentally (b) repeated forming there. Although no blisters were evident as result this two exhibited skin changes. Localized inflammation swelling observed in subject attributed to self-injury. other interpreted having possible relationship genuine injury suffered past. It suggested future research focus assessment with either highly sensitive skin, or previous history relevant formation.
