摘要: Objective: This study aimed to compare the initial outcome between hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery and assisted in patients with colorectal cancer at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, Chiangmai,Thailand. Patients Methods: Between June 2007 January 2008, 10 underwent our hospital. The information including history, clinical presentation, laboratory tests, radiological reports, operative findings, postoperative complications length of hospital stay were recorded. Results: There 5 group another group. no significant difference two groups terms time, total blood loss, post-operative pain score stay. was conversion open mortality. One complication pneumonia occurred Conclusions: Our experience showed that for safe. term outcomes colectomy colectomy. However, more cases are needed before any solid conclusion can be drawn.
