摘要: Organ transplantation is the therapeutic option of choice in appropriate patient with end-organ disease. A major comorbidity after transplant development hypertension which a risk factor for cardiovascular Cardiovascular disease most common cause death this population even when there functioning graft. It essential to evaluate post-transplant not only office setting but at home and night as well. Hence, use 24-h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring both diagnosis long-term care paramount. Factors involved uncontrolled include donor, recipient, those specific such immunosuppressive drug exposure. The offending agents belong calcineurin inhibitor class. therapy involves pharmaceutical non-pharmaceutical interventions that should be tailored type transplant. There clearly need more definitive data quality studies renal non-renal populations.
