摘要: The discovery of innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) with selective production cytokines typically attributed to subsets T helper forces immunologists reassess the mechanisms by which effector functions arise. parallelism between ILCs and extends beyond these two cell types comprises other innate-like lymphocytes. Beyond recognition specialized functionalities in diverse lymphocytes, features typical cells, such as plasticity memory, are also relevant for Herein, we review what have learned terms molecular underlying shared functions, focusing on insights provided next generation sequencing technologies. We data role lineage-defining- signal-dependent transcription factors (TFs). ILC regulomes emerge developmentally whereas much open chromatin regions generated acutely, an activation-dependent manner. And yet, remarkable overlaps, suggesting that though accessibility is acquired distinct modes, end result convergent signaling pathways may be involved. Although left learned, substantial progress has been made understanding how TFs epigenomic status contribute biology differentiation, specification, plasticity.
