摘要: Abstract In this study, a series of catalysts including different metal oxides loading on HZSM-5(Si/Al = 25) and cobalt supports were synthesized to catalyze fast pyrolysis (CFP) biomass derived polylactic acid (PLA) produce acetonitrile under ammonia atmosphere. Both the catalyst had crucial influence yield Co/HZSM-5(25) produced most acetonitrile. Other factors that might affect product distribution loading, reaction temperature, resident time NH3 flow rate have been investigated systematically. Under optimized CFP condition (650 ℃; 2.4 s; 80 ml/min), carbon selectivity in liquid reached 50.2% 83.6%, respectively. The possible pathway from PLA was also studied proposed. firstly cracked into lactic through thermal decomposition formed lactide at same time. Then low-molecular aldehydes, ketones acids. These aldehydes reacted with form imines, acids amides, finally small amount proponitrile catalysis Co/HZSM-5 catalyst.
