摘要: Abstract The activity of deoxyribose 5-P aldolase (2-deoxy- d -ribose 5-phosphate acetaldehyde lyase, EC 4.1.2.4) increases three- to fourfold in cultures rat hepatoma cells that have reached stationary growth and stopped the G2 phase cell cycle. We shown synchronized by three independent methods enzyme peaks late G2, followed a rapid decline during mitosis. Two compounds, dibutyryl cAMP isoproterenol, appear block these also cause two- increase activity. It is suggested this may play role lowering pools deoxyribonucleotides G 2 M
