摘要: This study evaluated the antifungal action of biomolecules produced from secondary metabolism bacterial strains found in rhizosphere semi arid plants against human pathogenic Candida albicans. Crude extracts were obtained using ethyl acetate as an organic solvent and bioactivity was assessed with a bioautography technique. The results showed that strains, Alcaligenes faecalis MRbS12 Bacillus cereus MRbS26, had compounds bioactivity. largest inhibition zones for both located on spots Rf values below 0.500, indicating molecules possibly polar characteristics. These suggested microorganisms environment could have bioprospecting potential.
