Fuzzy logic based anaesthesia monitoring systems for the detection of absolute hypovolaemia

摘要: Anaesthesia monitoring involves critical diagnostic tasks carried out amongst lots of distractions. Computers are capable handling large amounts data at high speed and therefore decision support systems expert now processing many signals simultaneously in real time. We have developed two fuzzy logic based anaesthesia systems; a time smart alarm system (RT-SAAM) system-2 (FLMS-2), an updated version FLMS for the detection absolute hypovolaemia. This paper presents design aspects these which employ techniques to detect hypovolaemia, compares their performances terms usability acceptability. The interpretation hypovolaemia was compared with clinicians' assessments using Kappa analysis, RT-SAAM K=0.62, FLMS-2 K=0.75; improvement performance by FLMS-2.
