摘要: The use of adjuvants for immunopotentiation has been investigated since the 1920s and a number comprehensive reviews monographs have published on this subject. A recent trend in delivery systems which allow sustained or controlled release antigens induce prolonged immunity following single dose. This concept termed either single-step single-shot immunization. system modulated to potentiate immune response by delivering antigen (and perhaps an adjuvant adjuvants) over period time predetermined sequence incorporating substances with immunoadjuvant properties (e.g., lecithin certain biodegradable polymers) as carriers within system. Review focuses progress made design immunopotentiation. Particular emphasis is given designed achieve
