摘要: Uveal melanoma is the most common primary intraocular malignancy in adults, with an incidence of 5-7 per million year. It associated development metastasis about 50% cases, and 40% patients uveal die metastatic disease despite successful treatment tumour. The survival rates at 5, 10 15 years are 65%, 45% respectively. Unlike progress made many other areas cancer, still poorly understood have remained similar over past 25 years. Recently, advances molecular genetics improved our understanding this stratification into low risk high for developing metastasis. However, only a limited number studies been performed using proteomic methods. This review will give overview various technologies currently employed life sciences research, discuss melanoma.
