摘要: BACKGROUND The impact of ultrapure dialysis on dialysate-related chronic inflammatory status and anemia in uremic patients maintenance hemodialysis (HD) remains uncertain. We evaluated dialysate effects erythropoietin (EPO) response a prospective, randomized, cross-over study. METHODS Thirty-four HD were divided into two groups. One group was treated with conventional the other for 6 months crossed over another months. Bacteria growth endotoxin examined. Parameters including C-reactive protein (CRP), recombinant human (rHuEPO) dose, ferritin, iron saturation serum albumin measured at start, 12 RESULTS levels reduced significantly by adding ultrafilter. After 6-month treatment dialysate, there statistically significant differences systemic inflammation markers between both Changing from to fluid CRP (7.01 +/- 5.059 4.461 3.754 mg/L, p 0.05). ferritin level (422 183 272 162 mcg/L, p<0.05) group. cross-over, study parameters reversed among groups indicating beneficial effect dialysis. CONCLUSIONS Through reduction manifested parameter, rHuEPO dose improved utilization; therefore, could be treatment.
