摘要: Nucleoplasmin was the first protein to be described as a molecular chaperone. Studies of nucleoplasmin have resulted in advances two areas cell biology. Firstly, pathway nucleosome assembly Xenopus oocytes and eggs has been elucidated is only known detail. Nucleosome represents major chaperoning function nucleoplasmin.
