摘要: Abstract A single-use optical sensor was designed for Zn(II) determination based on the immobilisation of colorimetric reagent 2-acetylpyridine benzoylhydrazone (2-APBH) in a polymer inclusion membrane (PIM) adhered surface an inert rectangular strip polyester (Mylar). Different components preparation were tested and those resulting with good appearance, proper physical properties ease selected. Factorial design 23 three replicates central point applied optimisation composition. The optimal composition consisted 2.5 g poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC), 4 mL tributyl phosphate (TBP) 0.04 g 2-APBH. optode showed linear dynamic range from 0.03 (detection limit) to 1 mg L−1 ions response time 30 min aqueous solution at pH 6 relative standard deviation 3.90% 0.4 mg L−1 Zn(II). exhibited selectivity over other commonly ions. It successfully water certified reference material, spiked tap water, vitamin-mineral drink, food supplement foot health care products, as contribution concern about this heavy metal due its significant role many biological physiological processes although toxicant high doses.
