摘要: Abstract The layout of manufacturing facilities has a large impact on performance. design process produces block plan that shows the relative positioning resources can be developed into detailed drawing. total material handling distance is commonly used for measuring flow. Manufacturing systems are subject to external and internal uncertainties including demand machine breakdowns. Uncertainty rerouting flows have an distance. No previous research integrated robust through multiple periods dynamic with maintenance planning. This paper presents tool minimises flow using Genetic Algorithm (GA), taking account uncertainty maintenance. Experiments were conducted eleven benchmark datasets considered three scenarios: preventive (PM), corrective (CM) both PM CM. results analysed statistically. effect several scenarios ratio number machines period-based (PPM) production quantity-based (QPM), percentage CM (%CM), combination PMM/QPM ratios %CM examined. show designing layouts considering resulted in shorter distances. was decreased by 30.91%, 9.8%, 20.7% PM, CM, PM/CM scenarios, respectively. PPM/QPM ratios, %CM, had significantly almost all datasets.
