摘要: Andrographolide is a labdene diterpenoid with potential applications against number of viruses, including the mosquito-transmitted dengue virus (DENV). In this study, we evaluated anti-viral activity three 14-aryloxy analogues (ZAD-1 to ZAD-3) andrographolide Zika (ZIKV) and DENV. Interestingly, one analogue, ZAD-1, showed better both ZIKV DENV than parental andrographolide. A two-dimension (2D) proteomic analysis human A549 cells treated ZAD-1 compared identified four differentially expressed proteins (heat shock 70 kDa protein 1 (HSPA1A), phosphoglycerate kinase (PGK1), transketolase (TKT) GTP-binding nuclear Ran (Ran)). Western blot confirmed that treatment downregulated expression HSPA1A upregulated PGK1 as treatment. These results suggest have for further development anti-DENV anti-ZIKV agents.
