摘要: Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is associated with obesity, insulin resistance, and type 2 diabetes. NAFLD represents a large spectrum of diseases ranging from (1) (hepatic steatosis); (2) steatosis inflammation necrosis; to (3) cirrhosis. The animal models study NAFLD/nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) are extremely useful, as there still many events be elucidated in the pathology NASH. established has provided clues pathogenesis steatohepatitis, but these remain incompletely understood. different mouse can classified two groups. first one includes genetically modified (transgenic or knockout) mice that spontaneously develop disease, second acquire after dietary pharmacological manipulation. Although molecular mechanism leading development hepatic complex, may key for treatment NAFLD. Ideal NASH should closely resemble pathological characteristics observed humans. To date, no single model encompassed full human progression, they imitate particular disease. Therefore, it important researchers choose appropriate model. This review discusses various developed used research on
