摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter investigates the monolayer behaviors and in situ absorbance of photosystem I (PS I) on various subphase surfaces. In study described chapter, these monolayers were transferred onto hydrophobic substrate surfaces characterized by UV-vis spectra, quartz crystal microbalance (QCM), electrochemical analyzer. The absorption characteristics PS measured four kinds during compression: NaCl, CaCl 2 , two other types Two bands at about 420∼450 676 nm increased with compression, indicating accumulation to form a condensed monolayer. spectra for different concentrations NaCl surface was also investigated. results indicate that no obvious band can be recorded its concentration above 1 mol/L, which may attributed fact protein becomes unstable containing high salt.
