摘要: A method for the approximation of electron temperature, θe, in quasi-thermal air discharges, based on measurements relative emissivities weakly resolved OH and NO vibrational bands 210–320 nm spectral range, is described. The very sensitive particularly suitable between 2000 6000 K, where intensities emitted by atomic lines cannot be easily distinguished from molecular bands. It shown that departures thermodynamic equilibrium induced radiative losses or a difference heavy particle θg, lead to large systematic errors as long ratio X=θe:θg stays below 1.2. uncertainty temperature determination discussed together with an application inductively coupled plasma at atmospheric pressure.
