摘要: Quantum computation is a developing area in science. Owing to the new developments nanotechnology, some practical quantum computing applications are emerging. Even though possesses many inherent superiorities, it suffer from tight bottleneck: Storage. In this paper, we identify properties of good storage unit and propose unique memory structures discuss them terms circuit complexity, access delay maximum connectivity ancillary qubits required. We reveal that teleportation provide advantage only among analyzed.
