摘要: AbstractUsing concepts of interlegality, incorporation and cultural production appropriation, this paper illustrates how the legal/justice philosophies practices formal Canadian justice system are being penetrated by Aboriginal practices. Rather than focusing on dominant non-Aboriginal taken up subaltern peoples, examines three ‘new’ initiatives to show interlegality can be understood operate ‘in reverse'.
