摘要: Background Mycoplasma synoviae (MS) is a major poultry pathogen which causes severe economic losses in all the productive sectors. The prevalence of MS European countries has increased last few years, leading to greater attention available methods prevent its spread. main strategy currently applied for containment development and maintenance MS-free breeder flocks. A live vaccine (MS-H) obtained by mutagenizing an Australian field strain recently been introduced Italy. aim present study was evaluate behaviour broiler groups at different production stages effectiveness laboratory tests discriminating MS-H from strain.
