摘要: An arbor or chuck assembly for holding a workpiece tool includes an body having linear portion and contraction with inclined faces, collet positioned radially between the reciprocal movement along machine axis expansion/contraction faces in sliding contact those of body, ball bushing provided surfaces slight interference fit, order to provide zero clearance substantially frictionless therebetween. Expansion release is controlled by compression spring biasing expansion direction, drawbar pushing against force direction. The may have rubber seals sealing its slots apertures from contaminants. A cap mounted on end tapered wall which slidingly engages edge as it reaches travel direction avoid deformation.
