Green Handover with a Hybrid Satisfaction Mechanism

摘要: Green communications have emerged as one of the most important trends in wireless because its several advantages interference reduction, battery life increase and electrical bill cut. Its application to handover mechanisms is a crucial operation for integration practical systems, resource-consuming operations system, it has be optimized under objective green communications. On other hand, decrease energy consumption should not mean lower performance operator customers. Therefore, this paper will present hybrid mechanism where two conflict objectives load balancing are tackled, operator’s balance data among macroand small-cells, while user equipment consumed order guarantee larger life. Interesting conclusions obtained about presented approach through computer simulations.
