摘要: Soybeans (SBs) were obtained from five leading SB-producing countries (Argentina, Brazil, China, India, and the United States), imported to States, processed into soybean meal (SBM) under uniform conditions in States. SBs China had highest crude protein (CP) content while resultant SBM Argentina lowest. Additional differences quality of SB samples collected noted. An additional set produced these subjectively evaluated be low, intermediate, high also evaluated. Overall, affected amino acid mineral concentrations with existing both among within countries. States a higher CP than other Amino generally increased, antinutritional factors decreased increasing subjective assessment.
