摘要: The pathogenesis of gastric cancer is characterized by excessive proliferation, abnormal differentiation, and reduced apoptosis. Ursolic acid, extracted from traditional Chinese medicine bearberry, inhibits cell growth induces apoptosis in cancer. However, the mechanism proapoptotic effect ursolic acid on cells needs further investigation. In our present study, we found apoptotic BGC-823 induced that a translocation cofilin-1 protein cytoplasm to mitochondria promoted release cytochrome c cytoplasm, thereby activating caspase cascade finally inducing These results implied mitochondrial might play crucial role promotion be key target for future treatment human
