摘要: A series of lipidic spirohemiaminals, designated streptoaminals, is reported. These were discovered by surveying the unique molecular signatures identified in mass spectrometry data combined-culture broth Streptomyces nigrescens HEK616 and Tsukamurella pulmonis TP-B0596. Mass analysis showed that streptoaminals appeared as a cluster ion peaks, which separated 14 unit intervals, implying presence alkyl chains different lengths. The chemical structures these compounds elucidated spectroscopic total synthesis. Streptoaminals with globular broad antimicrobial activities, whereas planar 5-alkyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolines found same did not. This work shows application microbes reservoirs for range scaffolds.
