摘要: In an improved process for the proliferation of Myxococcus fulvus 18M 1368 under submerged aerobic conditions in aqueous nutrient medium contg. C,N,S and mineral salts, (a) optional first stage no substance necessary growth is limited, (b) a second growth, except oxygen, limited. Used prodn. antibiotic empirical formula C25H33N3O3S2. Limitation oxygen supply increases yield valuable metabolic products such as above-mentioned antibiotic.
