摘要: Abstract Subsurface drip irrigation (SDI) has been used in California for over 30 years. Adoption occurred first high value annual row crops. Over the years as materials, installation equipment, and scheduling tools have evolved, SDI gained wider acceptance is now being perennial crops well on a limited basis. We discuss early research provide examples of current commercial practices both These demonstrate how preceded on-farm adoption contributed to implementation California's production agriculture. implemented throughout world these agriculture will be interest countries adopting technology.
