摘要: Decomposition of iodonium salts by a free radical process has been identified as significant factor in the observed yield variability fluoridation reactions using said salts. Accordingly, inclusion trap reaction mixture blocks chain decomposition pathway for such that only leading to can occur and aryl fluoride becomes high reproducible. The may also be carried out on solid phase. In both solution phase preferred method present invention is radiofluoridation.
