摘要: We have studied the structural, magnetic, and electronic properties of Co-implanted ZnO(0001) films grown on Al2O3 (112¯0) substrates for different implantation doses over a wide temperature range. Strong room ferromagnetism is observed with magnetic parameters depending cobalt dose. A detailed analysis structural indicates that there are two phases in ZnO films. One ferromagnetic phase due to formation long range ordering between implanted ions layer second one superparamagnetic phase, which occurs metallic clusters substrate. Using x-ray resonant scattering, element specific magnetization cobalt, oxygen, Zn was investigated. Magnetic dichroism at Co L2,3 edges as well O K edge.
